About

NumberOne AI originated as an AI incubator dedicated to turning advanced research into deployable, real-world products. Our mission is to move beyond speculative AI experiments and deliver applied intelligence systems that learn, reason, and act with human-like precision.

At its core, NumberOne serves as a predictive AI platform that organizations can leverage to feed in their data, surface actionable nuggets of predictability and intelligence, and infuse that insight into the companies they build. We target forward-thinking enterprises seeking to bridge human-plus-AI collaboration, enabling teams and intelligent systems to work together with greater context, clarity, and precision.

We work at the intersection of science, engineering, and design. While we continue to incubate early-stage concepts, our focus today centers on three key initiatives: Machina, our predictive AI platform; TusdiAI, our consumer healthcare application; and Qwiet AI, our application security platform.

Machina — The Core Platform

BETA

Machina is NumberOne's predictive machine learning platform that powers all internal and external ventures. It's built to overcome one of AI's greatest limitations: the inability to persistently remember, contextualize, and reason across time.

At the heart of Machina lies the Advanced Deus Ex-Machina (DEM) Memory System, a cognitive architecture that gives the platform its unique, human-like learning capabilities. Inspired by neuroscience, DEM enables multi-modal, persistent memory that allows Machina to store, relate, and recall information contextually over time. Just as human memory draws from a network of subsystems, DEM combines structured recall, emotional context, and semantic reasoning into a unified framework.

Key Features:

  • Multi-type memory storage modules
  • Cross-module unified retrieval
  • Time-based consolidation of knowledge
  • Emotional and contextual embedding
  • Graph-based relational structure
  • Transformer-based semantic encoding
  • Integration with leading large language models

Through this architecture, Machina introduces the concept of net intelligence—a continuously learning, durable system that forms a private knowledge graph for every user or application. Rather than producing isolated answers, Machina connects data, context, and behavior into a living model of understanding.

Its multi-agent design enables persistent recall, contextual learning, and adaptive reasoning that are critical for domains requiring long-term precision such as healthcare, enterprise knowledge, and cognitive systems.

TusdiAI — The Health Intelligence Platform

MVP

TusdiAI is the first application built on Machina. It tackles the deep fragmentation of personal health data by consolidating it into a unified, intelligent view.

Health information today is scattered across providers, lab systems, and consumer apps. TusdiAI introduces net health (similar to how Quicken unified financial data into a single view of net worth) by synthesizing medical history, lab results, genetic data, and lifestyle inputs into one longitudinal profile.

Powered by Machina's multi-agent memory system, TusdiAI provides continuous, personalized insights that evolve over time. It learns each individual's biology, behaviors, and history to deliver deeply contextual, actionable guidance.

Key Features:

  • Secure upload of medical documents
  • AI health assistant (TAI) for personalized health insights
  • Automatic extraction of health markers, diagnoses, and medications
  • Generation of personalized health graphs and longitudinal profiles
  • Continuous learning model that adapts with user data
  • Integration with Machina's persistent memory system for deep context retention

Qwiet AI — The Application Security Platform

Acquired by Harness, Inc – 2025

Qwiet AI is a predictive, AI-driven application security platform designed for development teams and DevSecOps programs. It enables organizations to integrate security into the code lifecycle by scanning code, detecting vulnerabilities, and generating fixes—all while supporting human-plus-AI collaboration.

At its core, Qwiet AI allows companies to feed in their code, open-source dependencies, infrastructure-as-code, and secrets artifacts. The system learns to identify which vulnerabilities are exploitable and reachable, surfaces those high-priority risks, and then generates production-ready code fixes that developers can apply with confidence.

Unlike generic AppSec tools, Qwiet AI distinguishes itself by combining advanced graph-based program analysis (Code Property Graph) with multi-agent AI workflows to bring context, precision, and automation into security pipelines. The result: fewer false positives, faster remediation, and tighter collaboration between security and development teams.

Key Features:

  • Unified scanning across SAST (static code), SCA (software composition), container, secrets, and infrastructure code in a single workflow
  • Prioritization of vulnerabilities by reachability, exploitability, and risk to focus developer effort where it matters
  • AI-driven AutoFix agents that generate and validate code patches, reducing remediation time by up to 95%
  • Seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows to accelerate secure code delivery
  • Services and support for incident response, M&A assessments, secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) guidance, and full AppSec program enablement
